After recent update my Samsung f23 phone is restarting automatically again and again and wifi Hotspot not working. This happened due to bug in the recent update and this is done deliberately to harm the phone. The service center is asking Rs 12000 to replace motherboard to solve the issue.

All those facing same issue may email me on sta084@outlook.com. I will file a consumer complaint against Samsung for this malpractice for without any fees.

I raised a complaint with consumer forum 1915 for same issue and got the call from samsung after complaint and now they are asking me to bare 50% cost to get motherboard replaced, but why should I even pay 50% for replacing motherboard as issue occurred due to update. I will take the further followup with consumer forum team and will get it replaced for no cost as issue with hotspot wifi and looped restarting started after software update.

Samsung should take responsibility for their corrupted update.
