So after the major update in May/June, my Galaxy F23 has stopped fast charging even when it is turned on. It worked till then even with a 15W adapter, but it stopped after installing the update.
I have tried all things and suggestions by the customer support, even bought a new samsung original 25W charger with a new cable but still fast charging is not working.
The customer support keeps on repeating the same things again n again.
So I wanted to ask you all if any of you had this problem. Please answer.
