Dear Samsung Customer Support,

 I am writing to inquire about the future software update plans for my Samsung Galaxy F23 5G smartphone. I currently have Android 14 and One UI 6.1 installed on my device.

 Based on my understanding of Samsung's update policy, the Galaxy F23 5G is eligible for 4 years of OS updates and 5 years of security updates. Given that my device is currently running Android 14, I would like to know if it is scheduled to receive the upcoming Android 15 update.

 If my device is not eligible for Android 15, I kindly request information on the reasons behind this and any alternative support or services that may be available to me.

Bro!! Everyone will get their updates according to their latest devices.
S25 will have the one ui 7.
And then it will rolled out to s24.

There is no official dates for F23 5g models but they will get sooner once most of the devices gets updates of new series.

F series will receive OS updates by end of 2nd quarter of this year. One UI 7.0 is still under Beta testing.

Yes , I supported this problem and my phone also f23 but october update after nothing can update found bro...

Galaxy F23 5G is eligible for 2 OS upgrades. Android 14 was the last major update for it.

Bro, listen carefully. Your device is eligible only for two Samsung OS major updates. And four years of security upgrades. You already got those UI updates. I'm sorry to say your device is not eligible for One UI 7🙏
