F23 5G Getting One UI 7

Got this message on AR Zone app, am I getting One UI 7 or it's generic message! If it is why would they push it to all devices ?

No, the F23 cannot get a One UI 7 as its SW upgrade policy has been completed. This is a notice of changes in the AR Zone, in which it is stated that the name of the AR emoji has been changed from the Galaxy avatar. That's it
However, Samsung should update the VONR for the Galaxy F23, which it hasn't done yet.
