Galaxy FSuddenly Facing Auto Restart problem in F23 5G, frequently restarts again and again, regretting now why i purchased the mobile from samsung, phone diagnostic shows everything normal, moreover no solution provided thru online service desk. i wont recommend samsung mobile hereafter. not even 17 month from the purchase date mobile seems to be losing the quality.

As per your concern, we would request you to kindly perform the following steps to resolve your issue.
Kindly use a genuine Samsung charger.
We always recommend using a genuine Samsung charger for charging your device.
There are two methods to disable the auto restart function
1- Tap on Settings> General management>Reset > Disable Auto restart (if enabled)> Auto restart disabled.
2- Tap on Settings> Battery and device care> Three dots> Automation> Auto restart at set times if enabled.
If you are facing this issue after installing any new application then uninstall that application.
Tap on Settings> Apps > desired app> Uninstall> Ok.
Update device software (If available): Settings > Software update > Download and install > Checking for software update > Software update available > Download > Downloading updates > Install now.
Reset settings: Tap on Settings>General Management> Reset and then tap on Reset settings.

Galaxy FI visited one of your service-Center for the same problem of my F23 5G phone Shyam Electronics Chennai, 1.56 Km Address No.38, 1st Floor, Mth Road, Ambattur, 600053. As they came to know my phone purchase use one year and 9 days old they immediately told me, Mother board need to be replace charges will be 7000 Rs. with out any testing or try to do any setting what you said. You people only give service on warranty period other wise you make **bleep** charges ? .
