Go to Settings → SIM cards & mobile networks → Preferred Network Type → Prefer LTE.

Then Settings → SIM cards & mobile networks → enable Automatically Select Network option.

If you have changed any settings in Access Point Name (APN),
Go to Settings → SIM cards & mobile networks → Access Point Names → Reset to default.

I already tried these methods and other youtube video methods
Only one method from youtube helped me little bit
That method is
Samsung band selection app in playstore
Download the app and select which band using your nearest tower
I have using jio sim jio has 3 bands in india LTE 3,LTE 5 & LTE 40
1st i select band 3 then check the speed in speedtest application
2nd i select LTE 5 that's worked
But samsung f22 and m32 is worst in network speed
You can compared with any mobileScreenshot_20211003-180039_Samsung Band Selection_8675.jpgScreenshot_20211003-180123_Call settings_8677.jpgScreenshot_20211003-180137_Call settings_8679.jpgScreenshot_20211003-180313_Call settings_8684.jpg
