I have samsung F15 5g and i live in rural area so it does not work work with 5g network even i turned all the settings on . *But all brands phone with same internet provider (Jio) is working properly.* what do i do ?
Galaxy F15 SM-E156B/DS. Airtel 5G was stable before the software update. Since the Android 15 update, 5G connects for a short time and then remains on 4G for a long time. I have already completed network resets and troubleshooting. Please check the modem/network firmware and hardware and record this issue in the service report.
