Galaxy FI understand the issue you're facing with 5G connectivity after performing the factory reset. Here are a few things you can try:
1. Verify 5G Settings:
Double-check your phone’s 5G settings. Go to:
Settings > Connections > Mobile Networks > Network Mode and make sure it's set to 5G/4G/3G Auto.
2. Try a Different SIM:
Insert a different SIM card (preferably from another network provider, if possible) to rule out any issues with your SIM card.
3. Reset Network Settings:
Go to Settings > General Management > Reset > Reset Network Settings and reset the network settings. This will refresh all network-related configurations, including 5G.
4. Contact Customer Care:
If the issue persists even after resetting the network settings, contact Samsung Customer Care for further assistance.
5. Reformat (as a last resort):
If none of the above steps work, try performing a factory reset again, as there could be a glitch caused by the reset process.
Once you’ve tried these steps, please update me on whether the issue has been resolved or if you’re still facing the problem. If it gets resolved for any reason, let me know!

Galaxy FIt’s possible that the 5G symbol isn’t showing up after the reset because this can happen sometimes, even with a new phone. This might be a result of how the reset process interacts with the network settings.
I suggest contacting Customer Care to resolve this, as they can help fix network-related problems.
Also, make sure to verify if your data plan includes 5G Unlimited access, as this could also be a reason why you're not seeing 5G connectivity.
Let me know how it goes after you check these and if the issue gets resolved!

Galaxy F1. Control the Phone with OTG Mouse:
When the touchscreen isn’t working, you can use an OTG cable to connect a mouse. This will allow you to control your phone.
2. Perform a Factory Reset:
Once you can control the phone with the OTG mouse, you can proceed to do a factory reset. This will completely reset your phone and could resolve the touchscreen issue.
Make sure to backup your data, then go to Settings > General Management > Reset > Factory Data Reset to perform the reset.
3. Avoid Updating:
After the reset, avoid updating your phone until Samsung releases a fix for this bug.
Why Service Centers Suggest Replacements:
Service centers often recommend display replacements because they mistakenly believe the issue is hardware-related, whereas it is actually a software problem. Since they earn a commission from replacement services, they may push for this option.
Many users don’t understand the technical cause of the problem and end up paying for unnecessary display replacements, when it could actually be fixed with a software solution. Samsung should address this bug promptly and avoid misleading customers into paying for unnecessary repairs.
