Game Optimising service... It's supposed to improve gaming performance but does just the opposite of that...makes it worse..BUT for a reason... to keep phone temperature lower & prevent excessive battery drain...
If you don't care about slightly more phone temperature ( 45-55°C ) & battery you can turn that off...( with 3rd party methods as it's system default, don't have any option to turn off in Settings )
