Does One ui 7 skipping in my galaxy F15 5g with one ui 8?

Google said that one ui 8 will come in November in my device and November is only one month. So, one ui 7 will skip? I think yas cause in my f15 5g currently one ui 6.1 is operating as we know that one ui 8 is only one month so, Samsung will skip the ui 7 with ui 8.
