Like driving mode I am off everytime 

But will be automatically turn on

How to never off this setting please tell me

Go in Settings> Google> Personal Safety> Silence notifications while driving> Off

Go to settings and tap on 'modes and routines' and then head towards driving and turn it off

Bro its not routine. Its has been activated by Google which when we turn on then it will silent all notifications while we driving
