Display not Working

I have the Galaxy F62. My phone's display is just simply not turning on. I am receiving calls and even able to answer it. I can hear the ringtone too. My phone is working except for the display that is just not turning on.

I have tried hard restart as well. I took it to the service center and they simply just asked me if I want to get a new display. They didn't even check the properly (just connected it to the computer for a minute to check if it's on, that's it). They didn't even bother to open it.

What do I do?
