One UI is the full UI used for expensive smartphones. It is loaded with features like Screen recorder and Good lock support. Whereas, One UI core is a liter version of One UI. It doesn't have important features like Screen recorder and good lock support.

actuallyyyyyyyy....

its a trick by samsung to differentiate between users..
actually apps are just apps, and that can run in any device.
but samsung shows as which device has one ui core, that is not able to use that apps or features.

if I say the true ,.. full one ui lets you do just some customization & modifications, and allow you to install some apps like good lock apps(app, name is 'lock' but not a lock, what a stupidity of name)..

You can install apps from the developers 'zipoapps' from play store.
like .. ulta volume, powershade notification bar..

and 'muviz edge' .. and turn on always amoled option and see custom and modified aod ..

and see that customizations can be done in all phones..
and that proves samsung as fraud and cheaters.

For starters, core one UI is a stripped down or you can say beta version of one UI, especially for entry and mid range samsung phones. Phones in A ,S and Z version have one UI . One UI has good snapdragon proocessor, Knox security, Bixby , samsung pay just to name a few features that is why it's superior to core one UI. Take Knox feature, It has the best security features after Apple and windows Phone. UI core has it but only software, whereas in one UI Knox security is embedded in hardware as well as software, that's why A, s and z segment of samsung phone come with one UI. It is always advisable to go for phones with one UI and not core UI.

One UI Core is mostly used for budget phones by samsung. It doesn't have many important features such as Goodlock support, carrier aggregation, screen recorder and some important samsung's features doesn't support One UI core. Full One UI have and Supports all these features. But some budget phones with full One ui also doesn't have CA such as M32.
When comes to Bugs and stability, One Ui core have more bugs and unstable when compared to Full One UI.
