my samsung galaxy f12 1 month old and my device problem back panel little sound tik tik. They didn't do any repair and said, sir, you can use the phone, it's not a problem 🙂 i was disappointed this device 🙂
Show your phone to other samsung service outlets. This had happened with me also but they didn't do anything because it was old s7. I think they might be able to help you
