Mostly all premium devices are eligible for Monthly Security updates and rest of the devices are eligible for Quarterly Security updates. Its according to Samsung Policy.
Though, regularity is required on that quarterly security update aspect because sometimes, samsung does skip some quarter months like after February Security Patch, it was due to receive May Security patches on some devices but instead they skipped one month and pushed June Security Patch to those devices.
