As per your concern, we would request you to kindly perform the following steps to resolve your issue.
Check the physical condition of your camera lens.
1. Broken camera lens.
2. Scratchy camera lens.
Kindly use a microfiber cloth or a cleaning wipe. Gently remove the fingerprints, dirt, and dust from the camera lens.
Note: Please check there is no laminated or tempered glass pasted on camera.
Kindly reset the camera settings.
Tap on Camera> Settings> Reset settings> Reset.
You can check the device in safe mode and for the same mode you can tap on the given link. https://www.samsung.com/in/support/mobile-devices/safe-mode-on-samsung-phones/
Update device software (If available): Settings > Software update > Download and install > Checking for software update > Software update available > Download > Downloading updates > Install now.
