Call Pickup Issue

Hii All

Every time i try to pickup call when BT is connected Not able to pick call i have to wait for that call to be Ended from caller. Also devicw heats too.much while using for sometime and more on Charging time. No support from Samsung Team

If any one having same issue plz Raise Hand

I am trying to get logs but unable to do plz suggest where i have to Log formally complain so your engineer visit at my location and help to resolved issue
