Possible Causes
1. _Software issues_: A bug or glitch in the camera app or Android operating system can cause lag and shuttering.
2. _Insufficient resources_: If your device is low on storage space, RAM, or processing power, it can lead to performance issues in the camera app.
3. _Camera app settings_: Certain settings within the camera app, such as high-resolution video recording or advanced features, can put a strain on the device's resources, leading to lag and shuttering.
4. _Firmware issues_: Outdated or corrupted firmware can cause issues with the camera app, including lag and shuttering.

Troubleshooting Steps
1. _Restart your device_: A simple reboot can often resolve software-related issues.
2. _Update your device's software_: Ensure your Galaxy F15 5G is running the latest Android operating system and security patches.
3. _Clear camera app cache and data_: Go to Settings > Apps > Camera > Storage > Clear cache and Clear data.
4. _Disable advanced camera features_: Try disabling features like high-resolution video recording, slow-motion video, or advanced image processing to see if it improves performance.
5. _Perform a factory reset_: If none of the above steps resolve the issue, you may want to consider performing a factory reset to restore your device to its factory settings.

Additional Tips
1. _Free up storage space_: Ensure you have sufficient storage space available on your device, as low storage space can cause performance issues.
2. _Close unused apps_: Regularly close unused apps to free up RAM and processing power.
3. _Use a third-party camera app_: Try using a third-party camera app to see if it performs better than the stock camera app.

By following these troubleshooting steps and tips, you should be able to resolve the laggy and shuttery camera UI issue on your Samsung Galaxy F15 5G. If the problem persists, you may want to consider visiting a Samsung authorized service center for further assistance.

For the last 10 years, I have been a Samsung user. I have bought a new F15 5G without any doubt, but its front and back cameras disappointed me. Its Camera is too bad. The front camera is about 2 MP, and the back camera is about 5 MP. Please do something if you care about your customers. I am waiting for the next update, hoping it will solve the issue.
