That is the reason why playstore is not pure dark, and chrome is not pure dark, google knows this.
If you are not satisfied with your display go to service center and show them this, those guys will say soctware issue 😑 and re install your software, dont know why they dont have any knowledge about this. Get your display changed if you are still not satisfied.
It is called amoled black screen "ghosting". It is normal. For this you must understand the working of amoled screen, black means led light is off and other colours make it turn on, ghosting happens when you scroll from black to colour under same pixel, the led turns on but it's lil slow that's why it appears as smear. It's normal with all amoled displays.
