Battery Health of F23

Why did Charge 100 ? 100% charge drain your batteries fast and it causes batteries lifespan less.

I use to maintain battery levels from 20% to 80%. But for this battery test ,the battery level should be less than 15% to start a full charge cycle, so i let it to go upto 100%.
