Samsung Team,
I have raised my query on 2nd oct2021 regarding my contacts disappear and automatically deleted.
More than 10 error reports send on SAMSUNG MEMBERS but till time they don't provide concrete actions to resolve the issue. Every time I received just message like "our technical team is reviewing your files and providing best solutions.
I have some doubt about your team competency. They are not able to resolve the issue.
I really thankful for samsung ,if you providing policy for returing your worst product .

First, you need to check whether Contacts syncing is enabled or not. If it isn't enabled, enable it and if it is already enabled, disable it and then enable it again. Here's how you can check this: Go to Settings > Accounts and tap on your Google account. And if still issue is not resolved please visit the nearby service center.
