I am using aSamsung Galaxy F55 5G, and I am facing a serious issue. Whenever I restart my phone, it turns on normally, butwithin 1–2 minutes, it automatically resets itself and erases all data. This has already happened 2–3 times, and now I am afraid to restart my phone again due to the risk of losing my data.

Can anyone tell me what is the reason and what should I do?

1.power off the device & connect it to a computer with a USB cable.
2.hold Volume Up + Power until the following Recovery Mode appears.
3. Use volume buttons to select "Wipe data/factory reset," confirm with the Power button, select "Factory data reset," 4. Then "Reboot system now" to complete the reset.
