Galaxy FHere if your ringtone is 0, notification and system will automatically be 0.
If you want vibration on notifcation. Check 1)
Sound & vibration -> notification vibration -> make it max and select basic
2) sound & vibration -> vibration intensity make all those you want max.
3) if these dont work, check if vibration is working in *#0*# test.
Also check notification settings of that app maybe you have muted for that.

Path: Go to Settings > Sounds and vibration > Notification vibration pattern.
If the issue persists, kindly report the problems with a log file. To share a log file, click on the Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on send feedback> Choose Composer> Select error report> select the appropriate issue category> Type your query and send).
