5g not working

I have changed my sim from Vi to Jio and my mobile model is samsung galaxy f54 5g, but i am not getting 5g network.
I have updated software, 5g network is selected and automatically network is selected even tough i am not getting 5g.

I have put my sim in my brothers mobile and 5g is working but not in samsung galaxy f54 5g. 
Why samsung mobiles have this problem ?
How to resolve this issue?

Please reset network setting of both Sim one by one and than reset all settings of your's device in general management settings also Flight ✈️ mode on n off one time, restart your's device without any Sim in slots, interchange Sim in slots, turn off power saving mode then try to it's again. Kindly register your jio no on my jio app for 5G welcome offer also minimum recharge of 239/=.also complaint to jio customer care support for this issue. Thanks.
