Jio 5g is not supported in galaxy f23 5g , is it happens to all phone or fault in my phone ?

Today i talked with samsung customer care executive they told by this month end we will get the update

F23 USERS WILL RECEIVE JIO5G UPDATE ON OR FROM 10 JANUARY AS PER SAMSUNG SENIOR OFFICIALS.
