Already launch in chennai city both network 5G ,unable use this 5g Network,airtel& jio both  sim, when you release  5 g Software update in F23 5G mobile

@Manishiva, either your phone is not updated with required software upgrade, or your sim is not yet enabled for 5G access or you are not in 5G coverage

5G enabled for A53, only Airtel could latch on to 5G in Hyderabad
