Dear Samsung Team,

I’m extremely disappointed with the recent software update on my Galaxy F54, which has removed several essential camera filters from the native Camera application.

These filters were not just cosmetic effects – they were a crucial part of my professional content creation process. I used them consistently for my blogging, product shoots, and social media content. With their sudden removal, I’m currently unable to continue my content creation as planned. This has not only disrupted my workflow but is also directly impacting my engagement and deliverables.

The newly introduced filters are not even close in tone or functionality to what I used earlier. This kind of sudden feature removal, without offering any alternative or rollback, is extremely disappointing for regular users and creators who depend on consistency.

I strongly request that you either restore the earlier filters or provide them as downloadable modules immediately. I’ve been a loyal Samsung user for years, but such abrupt changes without user consideration are making it very difficult to rely on Samsung devices for professional work.

I expect a prompt resolution to this issue.

Where is the one ui 7 update for M14 5G ? Last day of the month but still we haven't recived yet. we trust Samsung but the service is degrading .

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue and wait for next update may be fix it by Samsung team soon.
