everything is going bad. i have Samsung galaxy c9 pro and no updates from Samsung till now it is very bad experience from samsung mow also i have nought till now from the purchase. it is very bad experience i think i have to throw this phone to dustbin and bought Xiaomi mi mix 2 and it is lakh time better than samsung.
samsung se logo ka trust ab khatm ho rha hai .... Updates nahi dete I have KI pro version nought 7.0 jab se liya tb se yahi hai ab to android P aa gya ye to customr ke sath dhokha hai kb sabhi ko ko new android update milenge kya customer ka itna right hai ki nahi sirf nye device ke liye usme new android + samsung experience bhi new or jo 8 se 10 months phle launch kiya uske liye koi updated nahi ... other 10 ke fone me android + khud UI system ka bhi update de dete hai .....kya samsung ka R&D itna kamzor hai jo khud ke device ko letest updates nahi de sakte .........SARM AANA CHAHIYE SAMSUNG KO ....... .
