I've been facing screen blinking in my C9 pro. Besides, sometimes sound comes from earpiece instead of speaker. These two issues bothering me a lot. Is there any permanent solution??
I think it's the problem with earpiece or headphone jack port....because if device was having issue then it may blinks by device speakers also but it's not like that ....so better cheak your device from service center...but before that you can try a force restart by pressing volume down+ power key together for 10 seconds
Please perform the below mentioned steps to resolve the issue:
1. Adjust the brightness Settings > Display > Adjust the brightness.
2. Check device in safe mode:- Press and hold the Power key, when Power off icon appears > Press and hold the power off icon. Exit safe mode: Hold the power button and select restart on the screen.
