why i m unable to use my get fast internet in my sumsung c9 pro.but i have iphone 5s with same jio sim on both device but i m able to run high speed net on iphone but in my c9pro all internet required apps,sites and games runs slow while using wifi from my c9pro still i dont get a good speed plz help me out so that it get ok soon

- Check by using any other SIM card.
- Ensure that network frequency of your device should be selected on Auto-mode.
- Menu > Settings > Connections > Mobile Networks > Network Mode > Select auto mode (GSM/WCDMA/LTE).
- Search for the Network Manually as follows:
Menu > Settings > Connections > Mobile Networks > Network Operators > Select Manual Search.
- Please do reset your device on factory mode after taking the data backup Via Smart switch and remove the Google account.
