problem in phone..#Help🙏

My galaxy core 2 has a problem..It is not turning on. battery has charge but when i try to turn on,nothing happens. When i charge it,The charging logo suddenly appers and disappears in a milisecond..I have uploaded a photo..Then i pressed volume up,home and power key and factory reset it..after that i clicked on rebot phone..when i did that, samsung logo appears but phone becomes off again. Please help

This only happens when the device is in charging position..without charging it , nothing happens no any response is given by the device
