i am ramesh and i have samsung c7 pro. my question is that as per you said that oreo update is available in c7 pro in october 18 so this is now 31
oct and recently i am regular check my update and i am not get the update of my phone and this problem i am telling 8 to 10 times and everytime i am not takes a proper response. i am buying c7 within a 6 month or more now a day when company is not gives a proper facility to customer or not stands on his promises as per schenduled so customers are autometicaly goint to other product and this situation is not a good for the company because when you are gives a proper facility to consumer so he will be a admire to the about the company and it is good for the company. and i'm tell this msg is more than 10 times that when will be samsung provide oreo update in c7 pro as per attached scheduled notice of your company
