fast charging

fast charger connected and still more than 2 hrs for battery full with almost more than 60% battery available..
done everything but didn't help..
I am fed up now totally..
logs shared, steps followed available on Samsung official website..
performed steps suggested by Samsung live chat but didn't help.
I am now moving to Apple due to first class service of Samsung

Good one. if the room temperature or phone temperature is high then you will face issue with fast charging. try to disconnect charging cable, wait for phone to cool down (if it is hot then only). Try again and see if it works.
