I have bought a new samsung c7pro....it was working fine..but when I have inserted the airtel sim a message started popping up in every 2 seconds "Error in application" I can't watch any videos due to this popup,even I can't type this query in full...message is getting popped up in between all my activities....I don't know how to get rid of this issue and what application causing this error..kindly get me a solution

We do apologize for the inconvenience caused due to pop-up error. We would like to inform you to follow the steps below to resolve your concern:-
- Navigate to apps >> Settings >> Apps >> Tap on three dots >> Reset app preferences.
- Navigate to apps >> Settings >> Apps >> Tap on three dots >> Show system apps >> My airtel app >> Force stop.
- Check with other SIM card.
- Please run your device in safe mode.
- Please do reset your device on factory mode after taking the data backup Via Smart switch and remove the Google account.
- If still issue persists, the relevant department will serve you better, if you can provide logs/video within 15 minutes of issue occurrence by registering this feedback in Error Section (Samsung Members App -> Feedback -> Questions/Errors -> Create -> Error reports).

feeling so bad....the worst deceison I took was to buy this samsung c 7 series...I'm really really fed up with this issue...once i register after sometime things become ok...after some day phone get restarted and again the error popup ....if u can't figure out the issue pls take back this phone and return my money...
