when I was in Samsung service centre near my home town .they are asking me for change the board the present in the usb port.😐 I am sure that it is a software related problem .Need updation

change your charging cable... with me this was solved when i changed the charging cable because may be the moisture was in usb cable c port.
Try it once.. it will definitely work...

why... it can't work.. try another type C cable and do full charge 2-3 times... and dont forget to restart the mobile after charging. it should help
