after resetting my c9 pro..i have been facing this problem for threee days.. battery is neither showing estimated time nor enabling s-power planning mode.. help me
Thanks for being with Samsung and sharing your concern. We would like to inform you that please let it be charge for continuous for some time once it will detect the speed of charging and remaining battery it will show the estimated time to charge the device please do not turn off the device in the middle of charging.
