whenever I open a new installed application on my phone it some sort of questions and permissions to allow, until the permissions are not allowed the application will not work. To do this permissions grants I should reboot my phone to safe mode and do. why can't I do this permissions allow on the normal mode.
as I told the problem I will attach an screenshot of it please refer it.
