Usb tethering and fast charging problem in c9 pro

After samsung mall update I'm unable to connect my phone to computer and can't use usb tethering and couldn't able to transfer files from phone to pc.

And also fast charging not workin after update. I couldn't give a reset because unable to take backups due to usb problem.
Pls help me out.......

mine too...usb otg and original charger not working ....

mine too.. my pc can't recognise my phone and tells ur device is malfunctioned. I just factory reset my phone but seems it didn't work.
