Samsung C9 pro still running on android 6.0.1 where as other low end and old products have android 7.
Android 8 is being launched in a few days , but no updates for this phone.

Updates are rolling out by time to time for the devices, However it totally depends on the availability and compatibility of the update with the devices. Nougat is already planned for the concern Samsung devices soon these are going to receive a nougat update.
