How can change my Google account???

Currently I am using personal email for Google play etc, now I want to replace with it my official email but it is not letting me do so. When I try to remove current Gmail account from settings it says others applications need the account, so in order to remove the account you need to reset your device. Please any help in this regard will be really appreciated.

first add your official accnt and then remove this one.
