C7 pro requires update

Why does C7 pro not get any android updates for versions after Oreo(Android 8). We seriously need the update. Many older phones have received it but not us. Please release an update for C7 pro users.

that is true, but not fair. this device has all the required hardware and fulfills all the requirements for all major updates. me being a part time gamer i need these updates to continue using those games.
