wynk doesn't show on the lock screen?

Can anyone tell me why wynk or any music player like spotify or something doesn't show to change songs and all on the lock screen?

just stop using wynk music app use the my Galaxy it has gaana radio I mean live radio you can listen to music and it has more things you can watch videos news in the my Galaxy application

I'm sorry to say...but what kind of a solution is stop using the app itself?

in your phn control using lock screen feature is mayb disabled.. check lock screen option in settings
