I have the M51 and because I bought it from Dubai my updates arrive a month later than the Indian variants! Crazy Samsung.. why Samsung?? Why?

samsung has promised updates within 4 months so A71 will get an update in February for sure
you can't compare samsung with apple in terms of updates because samsung has a large portfolio of smartphones and its not possible to push updates simultaneously in all devices
apple has very less iPhones so they can push updates simultaneously

Samsung needs to make fewer phones and provide a better software experience for all their phone models! I am so pissed off with them.. it is totally unexceptable really.. I have a problem with how different regions get different software experiences from one model phone to another and even with the same phone released in different regions! The A series and the M series are very disappointing.. whether you buy the "premium models" of either series you get a raw deal..  Samsung needs a serious wake up call when they start losing customers who move over to Apple! They are too gready and don't care about the customers anymore!

Patience is a virtue.. needs to be earned.. we have been faithful customers of Samsung for years! Buying many to end phones from them and getting a raw deal.. we are tired if them.. the Chinese or some phones will win us over at the end of the day.. Samsung will ultimately lose .
