split a conference call

 I merge two or more calls into a conference call. Now I want to split a call from the conference call and thus seperate the call from the confernence call such that other calls are placed on hold. 

Can any one help me how to split a call from the conference call? In my handset A50 , there is no option to split the call instead there is only option -to drop the call and thus ending that call.

This is what i want. but i dont get that option to split . There is only option to drop .

Okay, I understand.

I think this is software issue. To solve this you need to wait for next update.

Try to reset your phone maybe that will help.

1. Ensure the device is powered off.
2. Simultaneously press and hold the Volume up and Power buttons until the device vibrates and the Android Recovery screen appears then release all buttons.
Allow up to 30 seconds for the recovery screen to appear.
3. From the Android Recovery screen, select Wipe data/factory reset.
Utilize the volume buttons to cycle through the available options and the power button to select.
4. Select Yes.
Allow several seconds for the factory data reset to complete.
5. Select Reboot system now.
Allow several minutes for the reboot process to complete.
If applicable, set up your device.
Note: It removes all data including: Contacts, Email accounts, System and app data, App settings, Downloaded apps, Media (Music, pictures and videos, etc.)

I carried out factory data reset and it only added extra work of doing all set up again. Still the split feature is missing.

samsung support team is the worst team. It took them 2 weeks to analyze the log data and arrive at the conclusion that there is no information in the log file. First of all, I don't think it required any system log data to resolve this issue of splitting the conference call. Since the team had asked me,so I provided. Now they dont find it useful.

It is just a deliberate and well calculated attempt to postpone things and escape from it. The team think that they are smart. But, their dirty trick to avoid doing anything are exposed now.

Has anyone else experienced such cheap behaviour???

ideally the team should have contacted me to enquire further details. But it was not their priority!!!!!!
shame on such team ! They never wanted to provide solution!! Or may be they are impotent to solve this problem!!!!

let me tell samsung team is the worst team and I made mistake by choosing this brand and now i am paying the price. Shame on samsung!!!!!!!!
