- Navigate to apps >> Settings >> Apps >> Tap on three dots >> Reset app preferences.
- Delete the Samsung pass data and re register to check the issue.
- To delete the Samsung pass data on the Settings screen, tap Biometrics and security → Samsung Pass. Tap 3 dot → Settings → Delete data. Enter your Samsung password and tap CONFIRM. Your Samsung Pass data will be deleted.
