samsung experience 9.0 in Samsung Galaxy A5 2017

I want to know what are the new features which has come along with the latest Oreo update on Samsung Galaxy A5 2017.
I saw the changes in the keyboard and really liked it. I read about picture in picture mode, bixby briefing and colour lens which is included in samsung experience 9.0. Want to know whether these features are limited only to flagship models and also about other features if any.

The picture in picture mode works only with Google maps (only when navigation is turned on). It doesn't work with Instagram,YouTube,Chrome and Whatsapp. Is this due to my location? (India)

in mid range phone you will get oreo with limited feature

Edit:
Picture in picture mode works with whatsapp while we are in a video call, it also works with chrome whenever we stream a video online.

samsung 9.0 is good but callrecord oppstion is verry week bed Experian not automatically callrecord avlable
