Bro A30 doesn't have an IR Sensor. If the TV would be a Samsung Smart TV then you can Control the TV through WiFi. Otherwise No chance to Use your Phone as a Remote

no but you can use it as a universal wifi remote if your TV or appliance supports it. Like TV brands like LG, Sony, Samsung even have it even on their 2014(Smart) models
