why samsung don't provide updates for there old mobile like apple. It feel like we are not customers of samsung .they only focus on new model and after 2 to 4 years them forgot that they ever lunched the device .😡😡

it is the weakness of android even google pixels phones dont get more than 2 major update plus 2 year of security update

I am not sure about one plus devices may be company is considering to update their smartphone to third major update . because google does not allow other oems to have more than two major or three at most
