Go to My files app and check the storage details. You will be given a detailed split up. In device care app storage details are not clear

I too faced the same problem .when I do hard reset the problem is solved.i suggest you to do backup your data and do hard reset .

do one thing facatory reset u r phone. some times unnecessary files like app data files on android files doesn't show the storage . like if u download songs on YouTube that data consumption doesn't shown on storage info . if possible reset u r phone.

look at my storage info it shown 19gb but info calculation approximately 6 GB. what about remaining 13 GB..???
I have an answer iam download some movies on torrent but it dsnt shown nd imo files youtube download files r also there but it dsnt shown becz those all are encrypted files means not a document not an image not an videos soo u r phone memory as consumed that files dont worry.
