problem in whatsapp settings🤔

this feature is not working on my samsung device A30s. 

which type of pop-up notification is not working 🤔🤔🤔 I mean what is actual meaning of this setting or feature 🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔

This was pop up notification
And it was available till android 9

When the people asked whatsapp to give the feature they told it is a software problem not a whatsapp problem

It is something same as android 11 bubbles

This problem came when new feature bubble notification beta came in Android 10
